Client Recruitment and Marketing

Client recruitment has been poor and we need a new marketing strategy.

Any suggestions??

We now intend to have our first fee- paying clients by the end of August 2010; we have been too optimistic and complacent.

Adverts and articles have appeared in Raw Business Magazine issue 10, which was published late.

See www.rawbusinessmagazine.com

The campaign offering cash for clients continues on ecademy, although we have had zero responses to date.

Our marketing campaign to solicitors will now begin in September with a classified advert in the October issue of The Solicitors’ Gazette.

Competition Round Up

The marketplace for serious business support for growth businesses has changed dramatically since the idea for the Millionaire Coaching Academy was conceived.

The department of Business Innovation and Skills, BIS, has really started getting its act together and under the Business Link banner, Solutions for Business, their Coaching for High Growth product has expanded beyond the successful East Midlands programme to the North West, South East and other regions.

Jonathan Jay has built on Success Track to set up NABO, the National Association for Business Owners alongside his premium small group, monthly Marketing programme.

James Caan has teamed up with Bev James of the Coaching Academy to form the Entrepreneurs Business Academy (EBA) and Jonathan Pfahl has recruited Mike Southon of Beermat fame to front his team of Mentors for his Business Rock Stars.

There are also more specific, focussed programmes with several around coaching such as those from Dan Bradbury and the more recent offer from the team at My Internet Buddies and around property development.

I have attended events held by all of these and more and I am re-evaluating the position of MCA in this new, wider marketplace so we can be clear on what makes us different and better.
