MCA is a new business concept, developed by founder Albert Wright, and has been a work in progress for many years. Albert personally has assisted three different business owners become Bronze, Silver and Gold Millionaires. UK Evidence High Growth programmes run by Regional Development Agencies around the UK have already shown that good business advice and support makes a difference to business success. Businesses that listen to advice achieve greater success than those that go it alone. Our Millionaire Mentors are experienced business advisers, trainers, coaches, entrepreneurs or investors with the skills, attitude and personality to assist ambitious business owners like you. Our selection process is more rigorous than the Apprentice and more difficult than Dragons Den. If you do not meet this requirement there is no point in applying, please don’t waste your time. As a client you need to impress us with your honesty, integrity, skill, determination and ability. Our Process You will undergo personality testing, be asked to provide management information about your business, a business plan and a CV, and that’s just stage one. You will have a total of three interviews involving four of our team and only the best will be taken on as clients.
What you Will Get Once accepted as a client you will be enrolled in a unique, individually designed Growth Programme with quarterly targets set for key business indicators. You will have a 24 month marketing and action plan; complete with sales, profit and cash flow forecasts. You will meet quarterly with your Millionaire Mentor and your Millionaire Business Manager to review your progress and set the targets for the next quarter. You will have a personal development plan and help from specialists to work alongside you and your Millionaire Mentor. Support from our team of professionals, including those of our strategic partner the Directors’ Centre, represents outstanding value. If you want what you really want enough, you’ll find a way to pay for it and a way to earn it. In addition, we will negotiate with you a Performance Fee based on a percentage of the sales increase you achieve. This will be reviewed every quarter. For the next 30 days only, for the first 5 clients, the monthly retainer will be reduced to £500 for the first 6 months. You will soon see us as a shrewd investment and not a cost. One of our values as a company is to add value to our clients’ businesses. Our FEE GUARANTEE states, “You will never pay more in fees than the value we add”.
If you truly want to succeed in business we offer you a new, exciting support package delivered by people who have been there and done that and have the scars to show for it. You, however, must play your part and be the lead player. Your business is about you; you are its leader and the embodiment of its values. In most cases your journey to success will involve hard work, long hours, and great effort. You, have the prime responsibility for the success of your business, we will only assist. If you genuinely believe you are up for it, then start by requesting, completing and returning our Fact Find Questionnaire and Goals Questionnaire.
Bronze They must work with at least one other person, have sales of over £150k a year and be ready and willing to pay at least £1,000 a month for outstanding support to help them deliver sales of £1,000,000 a year in 24 months time.
They are more established and more ambitious, keen to see their balance sheet grow to £1,000, 000 in the next 2 years and would pay around £2,000 a month to achieve this goal
They have current sales over £700k pa, they have been trading for over 2 years, with net profit more than 10% of sales, AND they are ready to invest around £3,000 a month for the next 2 years by which time they should be able to withdraw £1,000,000 for their private use from the business.
Monthly fees payable by clients are negotiated individually. The programme is an investment. In addition to monthly fees, each client will pay MCA a percentage of the sales increase our team help them achieve. Our support team is unique and consists of Millionaire Mentors with the knowledge and skills in strategic planning, marketing, business growth, people management and accessing Business Angel and Venture Capital support. Clients have a unique programme of support, tailored to their needs, reviewed, re-mapped and newlyresourced every 3 months, so they get the support they need as and when they need it.

Gold Millionaire – extraction of £1,000,000 from busines account to personal account.
We are looking for One in a Million to be our first clients.
We are geared up to help a maximum of 37 clients start their millionaire journey in the next 9 months from the 37 million working age people in the UK.

Do You meet our Millionaire Challenge?
The basic requirement is a business with a trading record of at least 12 months that is more than a one-man band and has a sales estimate of at least £150,000 for the next 12 months.
We believe you get what you pay for.
Our minimum monthly retainer for the full support package is £900, paid in advance plus a £900 deposit.
