This newsletter is for members of the MCA; strategic partners, current and prospective millionaire supporters, business support mentors and associates, clients and potential clients.
It will be published every other month and as well as containing News Items will profile a Millionaire or Business Mentor in each issue.
Full membership of the MCA will be available to those who meet our strict eligibility criteria.
Approaches have been made to several other business millionaires but at present they are too busy to become involved with MCA.
However, we will be introducing some of those who are active in business support by way of showcasing some of their materials to client members.
This month’s profiled millionaire mentor is Richard Denny.We are delighted to welcome him and to promote his work to all our members.
Richard Denny has been variously described in the Times as “The master of professional salesmanship”, by the Daily Mail as “The guru of motivation” and the BBC as “A legend on the international speaking circuit. “
Richard has had a fascinating career, brought up in a rectory, his father was a Rector Baronet – he chose agriculture for his first career!! From this he branched out into building a successful farm food wholesale business.
He masterminded and led the first farmer’s rebellion in the UK. He developed the concept of farmer’s markets and farm gate sales into farm shops. His first shop was opened by a celebrity Jersey cow! read more >>

Successful marketing is a key ingredient in every successful business.
Client members and prospective client members will receive copies of the classic booklet Why Most Marketing Doesn’t Work And How You Can FIX IT.
As well as getting MCA News, all clients and prospective clients will be sent other newsletters providing information from leading business support organisations.
These “Guest Newsletters” will be along the lines of Guest Beers in pubs, and will be from a third party organisation we wish to tell you about, either because of what they do or the quality of their free and other resources.

Using Existing Millionaires to Accelerate Growth for New Millionaires
Several people have asked for more information about who is involved with MCA and what is on offer. In this issue we look at some of the people and in the next we will focus on the programmes, so here goes.

Robert delivers the Barclays Let’s Talk …… seminars, which this spring are starting in May. As readers of MCA NEWS you can attend these half-day events, complete with free buffet lunch, networking and marketing opportunities as our guest for FREE.
The seminars are just great. I have attended the Marketing and Profit events several times myself and always learn something new.
All MCA clients are encouraged to attend both the Marketing and the Profit seminars, which will be followed by a one hour telefora, hosted by myself, to review which ideas clients have put into practice and what results they have had.
Robert and his team have worked with several millionaires and have produced a report on Millionaires based on a survey conducted last year.
Copies of the Boardroom Briefing: The Magic Million Survey 2008 can be obtained from The Directors’ Centre.
This report will also be the subject of a teleforum to see how the knowledge gained from it can be applied by our clients on their own journey to Millionaire status.
Robert and his associates have specialist knowledge in business finance, strategic planning, operations and marketing and will be available to support MCA clients as appropriate.

David’s website offers an incredible range of quality resources. He is the leadership and management development expert who carries out iWAM (inventory of Work Attitude and Motivation) profiles for us as part of the MCA review of each client’s senior management team to provide a better understanding of how they might work even more productively.
You will receive a guest copy of David’s newsletter later in the year.
Bev James is another of our HR specialists. Bev carries out DISC personality profiling on potential MCA clients, to identify their working type and gain a deeper insight into their Dominant/Directing, Influencing, Steadiness/Socialising and Conscientious/Compliance styles.
The MCA associate team also includes finance, legal, accountancy, export and debt recovery / cash retention specialists to assist clients at different stage of their business growth.
In all clients will have access to over 15 specialists to help when needed.
As a paying client of the MCA you get an individually tailored programme, reviewed and monitored every quarter to ensure you are getting the right support.
Other millionaires supporting the MCA include Janette Faherty of Avanta of , the 2005 London Chamber Entrepreneur of the Year winner and Sarina Russo from Australia, an honoree of Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World, who is involved in our international expansion.
We have two other millionaires who for the time being wish to keep their identity private.
The concept is simple but not easy; we believe existing Millionaires and experienced business mentors are in a good position to help create new millionaires who have good business ideas, the right determination, passion and ability to succeed, by offering appropriate advice and experience.
Our team help you identify opportunities and overcome challenges to speed you on your way to achieving your goals.
How can you help?
We’re looking for up to 12 clients who will meet our stringent eligibility requirements to start the programme between now and January 2009.
Two clients, already involved in a pilot version of the programme, have seen substantial growth in sales through working with our team.
One, Edmund, a print broker, has gone from zero to over £100k sales in his first year and so far this year is averaging £20k a month, despite the recession, and he is only receiving a fraction of the full programme.
He has already, moved out of his bedroom where he used to work and I was proud to be one of the first visitors to his new office.
From our very first meeting, Edmund showed all the characteristics we were looking for in a prospective client and was confirmed even more when I met his wife Milda, who now also works in the business part time.
We are delighted to have helped Edmund and Milda on their way to becoming the first MCA bronze millionaires.
So I ask again – whom do you know who wants to be a millionaire?
They must work with at least one other person, have sales of over £150k a year and be ready and willing to pay £1,000 a month for outstanding support to help them deliver sales of £1,000,000 a year in 24 months time?
If so, they could be eligible for our bronze programme.
OR if more established and more ambitious, keen to see their balance sheet grows to £1,000, 000 in the next 2 years they could apply for our silver programme for around £2,000 a month.
AND if their current sales are over £700k pa, they have been trading for over 2 years, with net profits more than 10% of sales, AND they are ready to invest around £3,000 a month for the next 2 years by which time they should be able to withdraw £1,000,000 for their private use from the business by joining our gold programme.
The monthly fees payable by clients are all negotiated individually and until the full programme is available and there are at least 6 people on the programme, there are reduced fees.
The programme should be seen as an investment. In addition to monthly fees, each client will provide MCA with a small percentage of the sales increase our team help each client achieve.
Your success becomes our success.
Our support team is unique and consists of millionaires with special knowledge and skills in marketing, business growth, people management and accessing Business Angel and Venture Capital support.
Our coaches and advisers include specialists in human resources / people issues, team building, strategy, operational management, buying and selling.
All our Principal Mentors have helped other clients achieve bronze, silver or gold millionaire status already.
Associates can deal with technical, ITC, legal, export and finance matters.
Clients will have a unique programme of support tailored to their needs, reviewed, re-mapped and newly resourced every 3 months so they get the support they need as and when they need it.
Although the core focus of the programme is on increasing sales and gross margins by developing and implementing the right marketing strategy, we will not ignore but solve other issues as they arise.
The extent of millionaire involvement depends on the programme.
Every client will get the chance to interact with at least one millionaire every month through our monthly phone telefora, our quarterly workshops and / or monthly one to one coaching calls.
