Janette Faherty
Janette Faherty is the Chief Executive of personal and business support company Avanta Enterprise Ltd.
The company runs TNG and InBiz, which together now employ over 800 people working out of more than 80 locations in the UK.
Janette and her team have grown the business over the last 25 years from a start up to a leading player in the market for training and developing businesses and people.
Avanta mainly supplies services paid for by public sector support and this year is likely to turnover around £50 million.
In June 2009 they won a contract to deliver Flexible New Deal in Lincolnshire and surrounding counties, which will add an additional £20+ million to their annual sales.
Janette was the 2005 the London Chamber Entrepreneur of the Year winnerand is also an honoree of Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World.
